* net/tramp.el (tramp-handle-make-directory): Flush upper
directory's file properties.
(tramp-handle-delete-directory): Handle optional parameter
RECURSIVE.
(tramp-handle-dired-recursive-delete-directory): Flush directory
properties after the remove command only.
